Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Should you need to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect size, please submit a "return request" on our website. We will provide you with an RA NUMBER and address for you to then send the return to. The return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and the store credit issued to you via email. If you are returning an item due to manufacture fault or manufacture defect, please submit a "return request" via our website. We will contact you to obtain photos of any defect, and on approval, we will send you a return label so that you can send the faulty goods back to us at no cost to yourself. Once received and processed by our office, we will immediately dispatch replacement stock to you subject to stock / size availability. In the instance that we cannot replace the item, we will provide you with the option to select an alternative product/s to equal value, a store credit or a refund.

CODY'S INSPIRATION

Life moves fast, one second you're sitting dreaming, the next your running at full speed, dodging obstacles, hardly having time to catch your breath. The world doesn't slow down, and time won't stand still. But amidst that rush, the pressure, the speed, there's something raw and real - something that makes us all human.

I think in starting this brand I was inspired by the idea that life isn't all about that desperate attempt to catch up, but rather finding rhythm in the madness, meaning in the movement. SQ is so much more than clothes. It's a family. A mindset. A movement. A constant reminder that no matter where life takes you - through the highs, the lows, the chaos, or the calm you keep moving. You learn to love the journey.

This lifestyle, this infinite goal of staying active has this almost unreal ability to unite people, to break barriers, to cut the bs out, and to focus on you. This movement "has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does" (Mandela). That's SQ. This brand is about building a community, a family, it's about uniting people through movement, energy, and passion. Whether you're an athlete, an artist, a dreamer, or just someone trying to figure it all out. I hope SQ is a reminder to you, as it is to me, to fuel the fire within. Keep going. Keep pushing. I'm Cody, the 18 year-old founder of SQ, and this journey of mine is just getting started. This is more than a brand, it's a journey fuelled by passion, ambition, and the drive to move with momentum. I've got a whole lot of dreams for this brand, this community, but the one thing to remember is to appreciate the view on the way to the destination.
