RETURNS
At Pasha we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
- All original labels/tickets are attached
- Garments must not have been worn
Exchanges are permitted on variants of a similar in stock style.
Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment excluding shipping. For items purchased as multi-buy or discounted bundle (eg 2 items for $200) the discount value will applied to each item on a pro-rata value basis. For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead a discretionary discount may be applied. If you have any questions or based on individual circumstances would like a review of your refund amount under this policy, please contact hello@pashaclothing.com.au after your initial refund has been applied.
Please note refunds or exchanges are not available on any product that has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Pasha. Refer to delivery rates above for cost of return labels and exchange shipping fees.
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 14 calendar days once the item is received to process the refund.
FAULTY GOODS & ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

CODY'S INSPIRATION
Life moves fast, one second you're sitting dreaming, the next your running at full speed, dodging obstacles, hardly having time to catch your breath. The world doesn't slow down, and time won't stand still. But amidst that rush, the pressure, the speed, there's something raw and real - something that makes us all human.
I think in starting this brand I was inspired by the idea that life isn't all about that desperate attempt to catch up, but rather finding rhythm in the madness, meaning in the movement. SQ is so much more than clothes. It's a family. A mindset. A movement. A constant reminder that no matter where life takes you - through the highs, the lows, the chaos, or the calm you keep moving. You learn to love the journey.
This lifestyle, this infinite goal of staying active has this almost unreal ability to unite people, to break barriers, to cut the bs out, and to focus on you. This movement "has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does" (Mandela). That's SQ. This brand is about building a community, a family, it's about uniting people through movement, energy, and passion. Whether you're an athlete, an artist, a dreamer, or just someone trying to figure it all out. I hope SQ is a reminder to you, as it is to me, to fuel the fire within. Keep going. Keep pushing.
