The SQ Gym towel has a hooded feature at the top of the towel which allows you to securely place it over the head of the bench or gym equipment that you are using ensuring it does not slip off during sets, and when your work out is complete, you can then place the towel over the head rest of your car seat, (acts as a seat cover) to ensure that you are not transferring sweat, dirt (or smells) to the fabric of your car seat.
